Ran the t-case with both front and rear drive shafts removed and the clatter is still there. So it's back to tearing it down again and going through everything by the book. Found shavings in the oil when I drained it tonight so maybe I'll be able to see some damage. Thanks for all the input... I'll let you know how this comes out when they release me from the padded cell!
