Has gus been vertically augmented? If so, suspension lift can create a steep angular change for the U joints. I added an extra leaf to the front of my PW to cure the dreaded flat spring situation. This height change of about 2" taller and the steeper pinion angle created some vibration from the front driveshaft. Mayhaps a 1-2 degree wedge set under the springs is needed to tip the pinion angle uphill a bit.

A few years ago I also had the rear driveshaft re tubed by a reputable shop as it had a bend in it. Now the rear vibrates like mad above 45 mph. Not much of a problem as it rarely sees speeds above 42. So much for the reputable shop.....

Maybe you should take your driveshafts to a shop to check the balance.
