When i was 12 or 13,i was at a parade with my late grandfather.The first FF P/W i had ever seen drove past,and he told me what it was.(We drove a CJ-2A at the time)It was bright yellow and black with Black lettering on the doors.I was hooked.
Fast forward 25 yrs and i get a lead on a C3-P/W.I bought it as soon as could.When i got it home,i pressure washed 3 crappy paint jobs off the truck to reveal a bright yellow and black truck with the doors lettered.
Fate? Co-incidence?Who cares?All i know is that truck brings me back to my childhood, and the memories of a long gone but never forgotten grandfather.They will both be with me for a long time.
