To MoparNorm

Thanks!
There are some expressions in English (specially if they could show or hide some humour) that I'm not used to...
Anyway, I appreciate your comments.
I'm a Portuguese speaker, and writing from Brasil. Thanks a lot for writing in Spanish too, it shows a gentle mind.
By the way, let me show you my idea: to buy an Power Wagon, single cab, and convert it (here in Brasil) to an crew cab. I plan to choose here an engine and gearbox that fits nicely -so, I do mind if the PW have, for example, a "frozen" engine.
I've noticed that PW enthusiasts seems to have in mind, almost always, a "complete restoration" point of view when talking about that car.
It is, indeed, a nice thing to think about and to put the hands to work on, but I don't plan to have a fully restored PW inside my garage.
I'm not concerned about hidding parts of the car, but with this external appearance. I want a adequated, diesel engine and a confortable and reliable gearbox to get a daily usable car -and to enjoy vacation overland trips in my own land and South American subcontinent (as I did with my Land Rover Defender).
Any comments about that idea? Any tips? Do you know where could I find a cheap, serviceable Power Wagon and a pair of matching doors?
Once more, thanks for everything!
José
