First, thanks for the replies.
I tried www.dodgedart.com and it look like a total auto web page like Hemmings.

Anyway, here are some specs.
360ci with ported heads, 3 angle valve job, new stainless valves, new valve springs, 484 int/exh lift Purple Shaft cam, flat top pistons, 9.5:1 compression, roller rockers, hydraulic lifters, electric water pump, aluminum racing radiator, M-1 intake, 650 Holley double pumper, MSD Blaster coil, Electronic ignition Mopar Performance distributor, Crank cut, block boiled, all new bearings, freeze out plugs, Hooker headers, crome alternator, all racing guages.
THE ENGINE IS SPOTLESS!!!

727 3 spd auto tranny with reverse shift pattern, 3500 stall torque converter, tranny cooler.

8 3/4 rear with 4:10 gears in a strange spool.
Welded frame connectors, 6 point roll bar, Fiberglass racing seat with harness, aluminum trunk pannel, trunk mounted battery, 10 gal fuel cell in trunk, fiberglass nose with dual air scoops, 90/10 front shocks, traction bars, racing slicks and rims, new carpet.

FOR THE STREET CONVERSION-he gave me the treads and rims, mechanical water pump pully, limited slip rear spool, custom work of art street exhaust system by a friend of mine whose shop I was in when I saw the poster of the car for sale. I got it 2 days before the ad hit the racing papers.

This is a turnkey strip/street car. All ready to go.

Body looks very good from 10 feet. It has freash paint with some small blemishes but nothing to be concerned about. It does deserve to be done properly.

After several test drives sitting on the floor holding on to the rool bar and then driving it myself, I bought it for his asking price of $4000.
Yes, that is right!!!! $4 grand. I thought his poster was a misprint. The motor is worth $10 grand. I know the top racing shop who did the motor work. He does all the drag cars in the Northern N.J. area and beyond.
I stepped in Sh_ _. I hope to post a photo of it. Still learning that procedure.
The seller is a nice, honest, perfectionist that is working on his next drag car.

He wanted a quick sale and even though he new it is worth more, he felt due to the body work(which is minimal), he could not ask for top dollar.

It all started with Matchbox's and now this.
Nothing like toys.
Now I need a Pull Truck. I have 4 antiques and 1 work truck which just turned 25 years old.
I love being impractical.
Mark
