Sounds like Dualmatic brand made in Longmont, CO. They were painted a medium blue color. The material resembles pot metal but a bit more quality. These hubs are good, I have several sets on different trucks, but they are prone to cracks in many of the used ones I've come across. Most likely from loose hub bolts.As a note Dualmatic spare parts come from other used hubs.
