IF you are talking a W-100, then one problem with going 1975-1979 disc is that the bolt pattern on the wheels is smaller. Dodge went from 5 on 5.5 to I believe 5 on 4.5 inch. Also they went to full time 4X4. Late 79 and 80 went back to the 5 on 5.5 and part time 4X4. Be sure and post what exactly you end up doing as I'm planning on doing the exact same thing on my 73 W-100.
