WTB: 265 Spitfire

I am looking for a 265 Spitfire to replace my toasted 230. Are they hard to find? Whats a fair price? Any leads? What do I have to do to put one in my M-37? BTW, I just got AOL and found this site and the M-37 site and I am real glad since this is my first M-37. Thanks, Dan
