This is looking more and more like front axel 3rd member. I can't believe it but that's what I'm going after tomorrow. With the symptom apearing only in 4 WD (hubs in or out), and having gone throgh the entire T-Case, I think I can eliminate the rear axel. Everything else in the front axel has been gone through...I'll let you know! Thanks :-)
