Value of a 1942 WC53

Just curious, what is a good price to pay for a 90% retored WC53 be, I am going to purchase one for $5000.00 all it needs is the interior done and an engine rebuild. It has rebuilt and re-geared diffs. and new tires (non directionals) and brakes, all body work has been done and painted my favorite color, OD green, all glass and regulators have been replaced. Is that a resonable price? I plan on either a dodge V10 injected motor or a V8 of some sort, I know some of you will just hate to hear that but, I believe in power and reliablity, besides this will be used as my tow rig for my militarized big flat fender jeep. Thanks all!
