What can be done with a chelsea PTO?

I have a LU-2 winch and PTO set up from a '70 Dodge W300. How can I make this work on a WDX-WM300 type Power Wagon? It is the Xfer case type PTO that is actuated using a cable. What Xfer case came on '70 Dodges?
