Actually I have the factory dually rims. Just in 1949 they used 6.00 or 6.50 X 16 tires. The rims have "dished" lug nut holes that alternate between each lug nut. This locks them together with a single lug nut. The 2wd 1 tons only used this design. Thats why I don't think spacers will work. The 750Rx16 are close, but no cigar (bout an inch too wide) The bias ply stuff I have found is around 7 inches so it should fit fine, just wondering about ride quality if I go with a bias knobby or NDT. My tire guy has no problem with the split rings rims.
