manifold for poly 318

I went to the parts sources for the poly page and found multiple suppliers for 4 barrel manifolds for the 318 poly. Anyone have recomendations? Is anyone running a 4 barrel and what was the effect on gas mileage. Its hard to say without a working gas gauge, but it feels like I'm getting aprox 12-14 mpg but the performance suffers while pulling a 3000 pound trailer uphill at 30 mph every week. I am also considering placing a order for headers with Harold. Does anyone have a set on their 318 and what do you think?
