PTO - Tranny Question

I have an 54, M-37 and was planning on mounting a MU-2 winch. THe winch I have came with pto. The problem is the tranny has an angle cut gear while the pto is straight cut. What tranny - pto combination do I need? Where can I get a angle cut pto (make and model)? Are the trannys in the M-37 the same as in the civilian power wagons?
