Manifold Questions

Well i got the manifolds back on and although i am not sure how much to torque the nuts i have it on tight. Should i retighten the nuts at some point in the future? I can not stop the gasket between the manifold and exhaust pipe from leaking. What is the correct gasket setup? Just one gasket or a combination of gaskets? Is High Temp RTV good enough to seal it. Can anyone help with this? Thanks. jeff
