Couple of ideas that I did with my building. It is 40 x 72 with 16' ceilings. By going 16 feet high you can then come back and put second level across the back like I did. My office is on second level and also a large storage area. (second level 14 x 40) When your getting prices it's not that much more expensive to go a few feet higher and you can really ad to the space.
Of course buildings always need to be larger, wish I could add on to mine now.
