Rebuilt MOPAR heater and it won't fit!

I pulled a MOPAR heater from one of my PW's with the intention of putting in my '54C1PW. I rebuilt it, then found out there are no holes in the firewall of my C1PW for this puppy. It (the heater)has 4 threaded fasteners and an inlet and outlet pipe that need to go through firewall. Is it drill time or is it time to sell the heater and get the right one? THX in advance.
