lost 3 days

Today i got my computer revived.Had some truly ugly virus that wiped out my hard drive,sound card,video card and modem.This happened in spite of frequent NORTON updates.In the event that any of you received an e-mail from me(i did not send it,the virus program did)delete it without opening it.
P.S.anything good to talk about since Friday?
