I have had a couple of vehicles transported in enclosed trailers by Thomas Sunday Auto Transport and was very satisfied with their service.
They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive. Their rates average 1.00 per mile. But there won't be any extra surprise charges when your truck gets delivered either.
