In the glove box, go to the parts interchange file, to the cooling section for what you need. Not sure what kind of radiator you have, but the thermostat is normally inside the water outlet manifold bolted to the top of the engine. You can get it from NAPA. You could use either Rad cap (4 pounds pressure limit), but you'll need to fix your leak.
