450 HP is possible with the Poly, Mopar Muscle Mag did it last year. I have 300+ HP out of mine and Jeffc in Wash is building a stroker that will be pushing 400HP.
What the heck site are you visiting that doesn't comprehend that the Poly is one of the best kept secrets ever??? It is a Hemi with the spark plugs moved over to eliminate the second row of lifters. Chrysler was trying to lower the cost of the Hemi's duplication and still keep the hemispherical heads. Go to my site link below, you'll get plenty of detailed information.
