Lots of work to convert. Could use the rear end. Frame I think you could use but you would have to remove the entire front end and add a 4x4 front end. Steering and so forth. Not to mention transfer case and all mounts for that. You'd be better off finding a 4x4 truck and using the body and stuff off your D if it was in better shape.
