You can purchase an engine fogging oil in a spray can and spray thru the spark plug holes, its made for this. I buy it at Kragen. Most stuck engines that I have found have had water in the cylinders and valves, either from the spark plugs being left out or water dripping down the carb. Water will find its way down the open intake valve and ruin one cylinder.
