My first WM300 had sat outside for years and was seemingly froze up.I took out the plugs and kept marvel mystery oil in each cyl. for about a week but remember some cylinders will have the valves open an the oil will not sit in the cyl. After a week I tried turning the engine by the radiator fan but it would not budge so I put in a fresh battery and proceded to bump the starter over and over again. finally I caught sight of a ever-so slight movement of the fan blade. I poured some more MMO into the plug holes and continuer the starter bumping in quick rapid hits until it finally broke loose and slowly began to scrap the cyl. rust/scale from the cyl walls. The rotation began to speedup and shortly it was sinning over with marvel mystery oil squirting up out the plug holes all over the place.
Just remember, if it ran prior to sitting, it is most likely a lite film of rusty scale in the upper cyl, above the piston, that has locked the rings and piston in place and only by scraping it off will it free up. The way I did it was most likely not the best method, but it worked.
