Mine was stuck when I got it. Dump some Marvel Mystery Oil through the spark plug holes, remove lower clutch housing pan, and pry gently a little every day on the ring gear and it should free up. Might take 2 weeks. If it is really bad then you might have to pound out the pistons, but I would try the other way first. It takes a lot of patience sometimes.
