If your current pickup bed isnt a disaster it can be converted to a dump bed with a complete kit fron Northern Tool. The cost is about $800 including the electric hydraulics. An option for the bed as opposed to new steel (As long as its structurally sound) is to consider a Rhyno liner. Good Luck Alan
