that's $9 for every "drive & change" (no pep boy's around here)yer REALLY cuttin into the beer fund here !!!! I just got done re-filling the tranny and as you said the water floats so I kept pumping fresh oil in the fill hole as the (still somewhat contaminated) old fresh oil ran into my recyciling jug....I got it pretty clean, but not all the way.....here's what I'm thinking, tell me if you think it's a bad idea...buy a case of 20-50 cheap motor oil, do the start-run-drain thing (but NO driving, I think the gears spin in newtreal)until there's no more H2O, then refill with the $9 a gallon stuff....what do ya think ???
