Braden MU3 winch questions

Just got a Braden MU3 winch from a friend.
On the main stamp area it says 10 F-R.
I assume this means 10,000 lbs Forward and Reverse? OR Power in/ Power out?
It came with: Winch unit still attached to old frame work and PTO shaft; Gear box that goes onto transfer case & gaskets and a push/pull cable for the gear box arm.
Does this sound like a complete set up more or less?

How does the MU3 compare to the 12,000 lb Tulsa winch I have now?

I want to put a centrally mnt'd winch on a 74 W300 W/ auto tranny and divorced transfer case. The 74 has the winch gear box hook up on the transfer case.

The 12,000 lb Tulsa winch is on a 61 W300.
Winch gear box is on the manual tranny and the PTO shaft goes out to the front mnt'd winch.

Thanks. Larry
