Thanks for the all the input, the motor was rebuilt with a standard bore, I changed the water pump pulley to a smaller one, tried a flex fan, even tapped and plugged the bypass hole in the water pump housing and took out the tstat. I'm hoping a 4 core is available to try. Thanks again everybody! Jim.
