hi jim.have you tried a clutch fan,rad shroud,air cond. water pump(8 impellers instead of 6)?i have seen these swaps where too big of a water pump pulley is used therefore it turns too slow.also dont go without a thermostat as the water flows too fast through the rad to cool it.
