if you can see the bottom of the guide from the access panel, warm it with a propane torch a few minutes, then as it cools, spray kroil up into it take a 1/4" or so pin punch apply it to the stem and gently tap a few times...repeat a few times letting it cool a half hour between heatings, then let it cool overnite, next day spray again, then start it up and see what it does.
