Stuck open. I don't think a valve can be stuck closed, or the cam wouldn't turn. #6 is the hardest to get to, with the hydraulic tank mounted right over top of it, or I'd have taken the plug out and looked at it with that handy endoscope. Meanwhile, I'll give it a shot of Kroil or PB from the bottom side and see if it's any better tomorrow.

Looks like winter is arriving for real this week, with snow in the forecast everyday and arctic cold at the end of next week. You may get to plow after all.

I was hoping to get the old Snow-Cat going before the snow sets in, but it doesn't look like I'll make it, especially because I want to change all the gear oil and motor oil and lube the tracks before I take it for a long trip. Probably going to have to wait until next year for all that.
