Yes squirt oil on the cylinders it will help with compression.

How is the spark? Lots of parts could have deteriorated or corroded in the 5 years it sat.

Check and clean the points with emery cloth. Set the point gap/dwell. Check the fiber part that runs on the lobe that opens and closes the points. Also lube the lobe.

Check the condenser, I would say replace but new ones are not that good.

Clean the distributor caps posts both interior and exterior. Clean the inside surface of the distributor cap to remove any carbon tracks and deposits that could be causing a partial short. Clean and file the rotor.

Check your coil it may have deteriorated sitting there. Check the voltage going into the coil, it could be quite low when cranking. I have been known to connect a jumper directly from the battery to the input on the coil on my PW. This raises the voltage and allows it to start when it wouldn't otherwise. It had a bad ignition switch which cause a significant voltage loss at the coil.

Check the wire that goes into the distributor as they have a nasty habit deteriorating and either fully or partially shorting to the distributor case right at the entry point which is not really visible.

Check all the ignition wiring for mouse damage.
