66 WM300. I have the motor, trans, transfer all out to swap in a 265. I drove the new-to-me truck a bit before this, and had no clutch issues. The clutch is clearly not original, but I don't know how old, although it looks very clean. How thick should the "pads" on the disk be? I measure about 0.3" for the total thickness, and about 0.015-0.035 for the "pad" thickness; measured several pads on both sides. Trying to get a sense of how worn the clutch is, figuring this would be the time to replace it if it needs it. Thx
