I used two 2x6's sticking out the doors, with 2x4's outside of the door frame and on top to hold them together and keep them from sliding through the cab. I had a strap across the top of the cab to hold it up before the hoist took the load. On the underside of the 2x6's at center, I made a hollow square of 2x4's to keep the tip of the hoist in position. Worked will with an assistant to help move the hoist and guide the cab. I'd taken the shift lever off the transmission and hadn't installed the steering gear yet.
