You have to have a 1-1/2 "U" shape piece of steel to get under the metal piece on the bottom of the wheel, a 7/16 bolt with a center punch in the center of the head for a puller to get it off easy. If you get angled on the puller, it will lock the wheel preventing it from coming off and you will more than likely do damage to the steering tube.
