Regarding the differential case thrust washers, this is to clarify some of my statements made earlier. When Dodge started building the M37, the fiber washer was not used, a bronze washer was as indicated in the M37 OR9. The early FFPW built using left over WW2 parts, probably had fiber washers, which may have been replaced at the same time M37s were being built. In looking at the Military manuals again both the WC � and 1.5 ton used the fiber washers. If anyone has opened a case from a 1968 FFPW that is known to be the original part, no prior rebuilds, and has found fiber washers, please post. Sorry for any confusion. Thanks
