I don't know if you can do this on a Power Wagon but I did this on my WC 1/2 ton. I too wanted a mechanical fan with a V8. I slid the radiator on the INSIDE of the U channel core supprt and monted it to the FRONT of the channel instead of the stock rear. I didn't have the fill to deal with on the nose but something to consider if they are modifying the radiator anyway. I used the stiock radiator as a guide/3d full size model and marked where all my fittings, Outlet and inlets needed to be. Sent it out of state to have done and came out perfect. I just had ro weld a few small metal strips to the front have for bolt holes. Gained me some more room and have had no issues.
