That would be a pillow block in its simplest form. But it actually more closely resembles the Carrier Bearing. That is the assembly that mounts to the frame above the rear axle of the the Power-Wagon where the front and rear PTO shafts join.
The Power-Wagon pillow block is a lot more complex. Though, What you have shown could be made to work at the rear of the truck if you are not concerned about mounting a belt pulley.
