when i did engine swaps i would either use a square against the bell housing / trans surface and a protractor along the straight frame to get an est of the angle, or if the frame is on level use an inclinometer to see the angle along the square. you may be able to establish angle based on the intake manifold angle since the carb is level so if the frame is too it might be the easiest. main thing is to be within a degree even if off axis to eliminate vibes! looking good tho!
