For use inside a room be sure to have good air movement (best method to remove fumes/vapors is to use fan as an exhaust, negative pressure. Using it as a feed, positive pressure will mix concentrations resulting in a diluted exhaust of fume/vapors). Lay an old tarp and or cardboard to collect drips, or flood floor keeping floor from damage.
Best if done outdoor, on a gravel area, allows for good air dilution of fumes/vapors, Limestone, crushed concrete, soil will neutralize base making it not a concern for injury (best to spray water before as well when completed to wash to lower level of rock/stone/soil)
Wearing a tyvec type suit or rain gear is recommended (PPE), spray your PPE down and or immerse in a bucket of water to remove any caustic on PPE before drying and storing (eliminate chance of caustic burn at later date)
