Typically a lot of older Dodge trucks will have left hand threads on the passenger side. Some "nut" thought it would prevent the lug nuts from loosening when traveling on the road. I can remember breaking off 2 studs on a car back when I was a kid trying to help change a tire for a girl I went to school with. I noticed the letter "L" on the second one and figure it out. :) :)
