For those of you wanting to switch from a spur gear to synchronized transmission, here is a good deal. This trans/PTO will bolt up to your 230 bellhousing for an easy swap. PTO will run the front winch, no rear capability without switching out the driven shaft to the front/rear PTO shaft.
