Chris, you are correct, but measure from ground level to center of axel, then double that measurement. If not the top half of tire is still not in load, you will get a larger number than how your vehicle see's it.
I do appreciate all the good information you two, Kevin, Dave, Marty, several others I don't recall now, give for every one to digest and tuck away for future use.
