the truck has the correct wheels with small lock rings and full dual offset and it appears to me the front and rear axles are 1/2 ton, the fronts look like 11 inch drums the rears should be 14 inch, they look very similar to civvy pw but the deep offset wheels are not safe to run on the later civvy pw as the drums are heavier and can contact the rivets that hold the rim to the center and fail while driving, please post more pics when you can! the tailgate should be unbranded, as the only dodge badges were on the hood, none on the tailgate.
