You'd be riding in style! That filter is for the Mercedes Benz model 240D 1974 - 1976. It interchanges with a GM C231 oil filter which is listed as one of the many FFPW filter elements. If they stop producing the sock, this element should take us a long way into the future or at least until they outlaw fossil fuel vehicles :=(. You're welcome, Clint! LOL
