The issue still may be between the master cylinder and booster. If the piston doesn't rest against the rear MC stop, the piston/seals may not be clearing the ports so as the fluid heats it builds pressure. If there is a screw at the end of the booster rod, it may have backed off keeping the piston from fully seating. Your fabricator can tell you if there is any adjustment to the rod, if not, pull the master cylinder and grind some off the booster rod end. You may need to add a heat shield where the line runs close to an exhaust point. Parts have a way of settling to each other, maybe something got caught between the parts, a piece of fabrication material or something else that wasn't between parts when the fabricator installed everything. It just has to be explored and corrected.
