I'm really curious about the incremental adjustment to fit a 251 story. The 265 in mine was "fit" into the engine space by moving the entire cowl assembly ahead about 1 3'4". Since the fenders have that nice smooth curve, they were able to stretch the fenders to "fit". And they added 1 3/4" strips to the back of the hood. Surprisingly, it didn't look too bad from a distance. I wonder if this is similar to the incremental adjustment "fit".
