I found the easiest way to get them apart & save the bolts is to just use a screwdriver or chisel & split the boards. Like the reason to change the wood is it’s in really rough shape so splitting it is easy. Once it’s out of the way, you can grab the bolt with vice grips & undo the nuts without stripping all the square holes in your bed & angle strips. Getting the wood & bolts out was actually very easy. Maybe an hour. The two outside new boards are the worst getting in place & drilling for the bolts. The 4 inside boards were easy.
