The lines never line up on these trucks & it’s very difficult to line them up if you wanted them that way. The way they spotweld the rear skin if you were to lower the door or raise the door to where it would line up, the inner door will be hitting the jamb. The first truck I restored we had the whole roof skin & back of the cab removed. We lined it up so the door lines worked perfect but it’s the only one I’ve ever seen that lined up & it was probably 40hrs of work.
The moral of the story is this is how they came & so I’d learn to live with it if I was you.
